DELIVERY.

All products that are in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. All products that are handmade to orderWill require at least 4 weeks notice although, in exceptional circumstance's products can sometimes be made and dispatched sooner. POSTAGE & PACKING.  

All orders via royal mail Special Delivery within the UK. Adorable Designs is not responsible for the delivery times of the chosen carrier. please note all items require a signature on delivery . Please contact us first before ordering if you live outside the UK as prices will be different depending on the country.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Website purchases:

• Orders can be cancelled without charge within 24 hours of ordering. If work has begun the cost of non reusable materials such as wire, ribbon and glued beads will be deducted from the total to be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. A refund will be provided for the goods ordered provided they are returned:

• in their original condition (including price/name tags) and packaging.
• within 7 days of receipt.
• via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage costs will be refunded. if you require a replacement you will need to repay for postage for the replacement.

PRODUCT QUALITY.

• As all our products are handmade slight variations may occur between the items you see on the website and the ones you receive.
• The colour control of the materials used in making the products are the responsibility of our suppliers and may occasionally differ slightly from what is shown.
• All items leave Adorable Designs in perfect condition. Any items damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

DISCLAIMER.

All of our products are made to a high standard and are not toys. They are made solely as bridal accessories and are to be used in accordance with this purpose. We advise that all children, especially those under the age of 5, wearing any of the items be supervised at all times as the beads could be potential choking hazards. Adorable Designs accept no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of the items.
