PAYMENT.

  • If purchasing directly from the website (where no alterations are required) payment in full is required.
  • If you require bespoke/customised pieces a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. On completion of the piece a photograph will be sent / e-mailed for approval. Upon confirmation of the customers approval the piece will be dispatched. The balance due is to be paid prior to   dispatch, or on collection of goods.    

PAYMENT METHODS.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Credit/debit cards via PayPal for purchases directly from the website.
  • Bespoke/customised pieces will be invoiced separately when a price has been calculated.

DELIVERY.

All products are handmade to order. We require 6 weeks notice although, in exceptional circumstance's products can be made and dispatched sooner. Please contact us for further details.

POSTAGE & PACKING.  

All orders under £24.99 are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. All orders above £24.99 are sent via Royal Mail First Class Special Delivery. Adorable Designs is not responsible for the delivery times of the chosen carrier.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Website purchases:

  • Orders can be cancelled without charge providing no work has been undertaken on the products. If work has begun the cost of non reusable materials such as wire, ribbon and glued beads will be deducted from the total to be refunded.

Bespoke/customised purchases:

  • Orders can be cancelled without charge above the loss of deposit providing no work has been undertaken.   If work has begun the cost of non reusable materials such as wire, ribbon and glued beads will be deducted from the total to be refunded. The penalty will not exceed the overall cost of the bespoke/customised piece, less deposit already paid.

RETURNS.

Website purchases:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us via phone/e-mail within 3 days of receipt. A replacement/refund will be provided for the the goods ordered provided they are returned:

  • in their original condition (including price/name tags) and packaging.
  • within 7 days of receipt.
  • via Royal Mail First Class Recorded/Special Delivery. The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage costs will be refunded.

Bespoke/customised purchases:

All completed pieces are photographed and sent to the customer for approval. Confirmation that the customer is happy with the item(s) in the photograph is taken as acceptance of the piece(s). All pieces are photographed prior to dispatch as proof of completion and condition. Returns are only accepted for the following exceptional conditions:

  • the piece has been damaged in transit. We must be informed immediately upon receipt.
  • the piece is faulty. We must be informed immediately upon receipt.  

In these conditions we are happy to replace the order or refund to the value of the order, less the 50% deposit, provided the piece(s) are returned:

  • in their original condition (including price/name tags)   and packaging.
  • within 7 days of receipt.
  • via Royal Mail First Class Recorded/Special Delivery. The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage costs will be refunded.

PRODUCT QUALITY.

  • As all of our products are handmade slight variations may occur between the items you see on the website and the ones you receive.
  • The colour control of the materials used in making the products are the responsibility of our suppliers and may occasionally differ slightly from what is shown.
  • All items leave Adorable Designs in perfect condition. Any items damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

DISCLAIMER.

All of our products are made to a high standard and are not toys. They are made solely as bridal accessories and are to be used in accordance with this purpose. We advise that all children, especially those under the age of 5, wearing any of the items be supervised at all times as the beads could be potential choking hazards. Adorable Designs accept no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of the items.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS.

  • All product designs are exclusive to Adorable Designs and remain the intellectual property of Adorable Designs. Adorable Designs reserve the right to use the designs in it's advertising. Adorable Designs also reserves the right to use any feedback you provide on our website.
  • The content and images contained within this website are the property of Adorable Designs. No part of the website or any of the designs may be copied or used without prior and express permission of Adorable Designs. Adorable Designs reserves the right to seek legal recourse if any of the designs featured on the website are copied or plagiarised.

PRIVACY POLICY.

Your privacy is important to both of us. Under no circumstances will Adorable Designs disclose any of the information you have provided to another party, without your express written (by letter or e-mail) permission. All details that you provide will be used purely to facilitate your order.
